The Summer Strong Mental Game Boot Camp is a 6-week live training program for athletes ages 11–18 who want to enter their fall season stronger, sharper, and more unshakeable than ever before.
Coach Bre and Coach Saylor. Live on Zoom. June 22 – August 3.
Why a summer bootcamp?
The best athletes in any sport know that physical talent gets you in the room. Mental strength keeps you there.
Coaches notice the athlete who bounces back fast after a mistake. Who brings energy to practice even when she doesn’t feel like it. Who leads without being asked. Who walks into tryouts like she already belongs.
That’s not personality. That’s training.
And the summer is the best time to do it — because most athletes aren’t.
What's being covered?
Here is the bootcamp weekly topics:
- Week 1: Stop Waiting to Feel Ready - How elite athletes use the summer to get ahead — and why relying on motivation is never the answer. She builds the identity before the season demands it.
- Week 2: The Reset: The one skill that separates good athletes from unshakeable ones. She learns the Snapback Routine: a 3-step on-the-spot reset for mistakes, bad days, and tough reps.
- Week 3: Rise: How to thrive under any coach and with any teammate. No more letting a difficult relationship shrink her game.
- Week 4: Lead Now: How to be the athlete every team needs before anyone asks. Leadership that doesn’t require a title.
- Week 5: Own the Room: How to crush tryouts and get coaches to notice her. The mental script for high-stakes moments.
- Week 6: Walk In Ready: Her personal pre-season mental game plan for the fall. She leaves with a real plan, not just good intentions.
